隆鼻之鼻梁塌陷整形篇
[font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]鞍鼻主要系由于构成鼻支架的鼻骨和中隔的破坏所致，或还有鼻腔内壁粘膜损伤后疤痕挛缩的合并因素存在。可分为先天性与后天性两种。后天性多系外伤、感染或鼻中隔手术后引起鼻梁塌陷。单纯性者，皮肤和鼻腔粘膜完整、无功能障碍。复杂性者除鼻梁低陷外，尚合并鼻外部皮肤、鼻腔内粘膜、鼻骨的缺损或疤痕挛缩等。治疗多用组织移植充填法或内嵌植皮假体支撑法。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font]
