隆鼻术前术后的须知

2[/font][font=宋体]、局部不能有暗疮，鼻塞流涕等感染病灶存在，并要彻底清洁面部。[/font]

3[/font][font=宋体]、长期服用抗凝药、血管扩张要及激素类药的患者，须停药[/font][font=Times New Roman] 1-2 [/font][font=宋体]周。[/font]

2[/font][font=宋体]、隆鼻术后伤口涂抗生素油膏，暴露，不包扎，会有少量渗血，可用消毒棉纤轻轻搽去，切不可用不清洁的东西接触伤口，以免污染。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font]

3[/font][font=宋体]、手术切口一般位于一侧鼻孔内缘，术后洗脸时应避免将其弄湿。[/font]

4[/font][font=宋体]、术后应注意保护鼻部勿受外力；尤其注意睡觉时不能侧着睡，以免鼻部受到挤压。[/font]

5[/font][font=宋体]、手术后鼻部会出现肿胀，术后[/font][font=Times New Roman]2-3[/font][font=宋体]天较明显，一周后基本可消退。[/font]
