[font=宋体]由于麻醉剂的药效不会立即消失，可能会有轻微的困倦感。手术后当天不可驾驶车辆或从事高空作业。术后[/font][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][font=宋体]周内避免移植区磕碰门框等硬物。术后十天内避免剧烈运动，如：抬重物、打球、游泳、跑步等。手术后十天内避免辛辣及刺激性食物，暂时禁酒，停用阿司匹林、维生素[/font][font=Times New Roman]E [/font][font=宋体]等。[/font][font=Times New Roman]

[font=Times New Roman]1. [/font][font=宋体]抗菌素：术后第一天开始服用，连用三天。[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font]

[font=Times New Roman]2. [/font][font=宋体]止痛药：术后当您的伤口有不适或疼痛时，可口服百服宁。注意：每次止痛药服用间隔应为[/font][font=Times New Roman]4-6[/font][font=宋体]个小时。（详见说明书）。[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]3[/font][font=宋体]．保根液：术后第十一天开始使用保根液喷剂，每日两次喷于移植区。注意：避免药液喷涂面部皮肤，如有接触立即擦拭即可。[/font][font=Times New Roman]

[font=宋体]三、洗头[/font]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font]
[font=宋体]术后不要立刻戴上自己的帽子或假发，保持移植处的清洁。手术[/font][font=Times New Roman]24[/font][font=宋体]小时后可以温开水洗发；术后第四天开始可以正常轻柔洗发。将少量洗发液倒在手掌中，轻轻揉搓移植处的头发，清水冲洗干净即可。眉毛和睫毛移植后[/font][font=Times New Roman]7[/font][font=宋体]天内不要抠抓清洗，睫毛移植患者可以用眼药水冲洗。注意：请不要将洗发液直接倒在移植处。[/font][font=Times New Roman]

[font=宋体]四、[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]肿胀[/font]

[font=宋体]术后第三天在额头、鼻梁处可能会出现轻度水肿，属于正常现象。[/font]

[font=宋体]术后前三天睡觉时将头部抬高，冰袋敷在前额（[/font][font=Times New Roman]3-5[/font][font=宋体]分钟[/font][font=Times New Roman]/[/font][font=宋体]次）可缓解水肿。[/font]

[font=宋体]注意：请不要将冰袋敷在移植处。[/font]

[font=宋体]五、[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]渗血[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font]
[font=宋体]术后伤口及移植处如有轻度渗血，属于正常现象。请用消毒纱布轻轻压迫渗血处[/font][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][font=宋体]—[/font][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][font=宋体]分钟即可。如渗血仍然存在，请与中心联系。[/font]

[font=宋体]六、[/font][font=Times New Roman] [/font][font=宋体]拆线[/font]
[font=Times New Roman] [/font]
[font=宋体]术后第十天请来本中心拆线，拆线前请您洗发。伤口在缝线拆除前将会有轻度的紧绷感，属于正常现象。[/font]

七、 痂皮

移植胚在术后几个小时内将会形成小血痂，术后十天内请不要强行抠抓这些小痂皮。血痂将在术后1—3周内脱落。


八、脱落

手术后20天左右,移植区进入换发期,70%左右的旧发会脱落,但移植的毛囊已经成活。


九、复查

术后第3个月新发开始生长，（一般为1cm/月的速度）6个月后长出约70%左右，可以看出初步效果；大概9个月或一年后其余部分全部生长出来，达到理想的临床效果。请在方便时来中心复查新发生长情况。
